The territorial digital assessment tool will allow stakeholders to establish the digital maturity of territories including peripheral and emerging territories to (further) develop and improve their digital transformation strategies.
The objective of the territorial digital assessment tool is to determine the level of digital maturity and the underlying conditions for digital transformation processes of territories in peripheral and emerging territories to (further) develop and improve their digital transformation strategies.
The territorial digital assessment tool consists of nine key dimensions related firstly to preconditions and secondly to accelerators of digital transformations of territories in peripheral and emerging regions.
This territorial digital assessment tool has been developed within the Interreg Europe CARPE DIGEM project co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). This project is demonstrating, how we can collectively catalyze, lever, network and expand inter-regional digital ecosystems, enhancing inclusion and mediation/brokerage/coaching capacity to provide universal access to the integrated digital solutions and eco-systems our citizens and enterprises need.
The territorial digital assessment tool is intended for public, private or community stakeholders who wish to evaluate the digital maturity of their territories to identify key challenges of digital transformation and how to further develop, reshape and improve their digital transformation strategies.
